Availability:

Dream Spot will always try to offer you the best customer experience and an exceptional level of service. In doing so, we make every effort to ensure that our products are available. However, given the complexity and the large number of different vendors and suppliers we deal with, this is not always possible. Our products are listed on multiple online platforms and as a result, may sometimes not be available. If a product you ordered is not available, we will inform you as quickly as possible and suggest alternatives or offer a refund for the unavailable product.

The product image(s) shown may represent the range or type of product, or be for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product. The product attributes may vary slightly from the image; however the written product description is most accurate. Photographs or illustrations do not comprise any contractual warranty on our part and you should not rely on them as an exact representation of the products.

Damaged or Defective Product:

Every effort will be made to ensure that the product you have ordered arrives undamaged and without defect. If the product is found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must inform Dream Spot immediately. Damages discovered after the legally governed ACCC guarantee from the time of delivery of the product will be assumed to be as your own fault, so please be cautious and test and inspect the product at your earliest convenience. Dream Spot accepts no responsibility and admits no liability for the condition of the product after the legally governed ACCC guarantee. Dream Spot reserves the right to perform an internal investigation upon return of the item to determine the validity of any claim for defective or damaged products.

Disclaimer of Warranty:

If the product is found to be defective by means of manufacturer’s fault we will swap the product in question. Unless extended warranty is purchased at point of sale, the warranty provided shall be equal only to consumer basic rights or Consumer Guarantees, which are under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the Consumer Guarantees, consumers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or cancellation if there’s a problem with a product.

Return & Refund Policy:

All products presented for a return or exchange must meet the following requirements: Product(s) should be returned unmarked and undamaged with all the original packaging intact. When returning by post, please ensure to pack the product(s) securely to avoid damages during shipment as this may affect your claim for a return or refund.
Our Returns Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and your Consumer Guarantees cannot be limited by us. If your product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description, then you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or compensation for the drop in value below the price paid.
If you have purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault or a fault which may be repaired remotely or on site, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Further information is available at www.accc.gov.au.
Products returned under Consumer Guarantees can be returned within a reasonable time-frame subject to proof of purchase.
Products marked as seconds, sample product or a special custom order product must be chosen carefully as these products cannot be returned due to the fault or customisation that was identified at the time of purchase. If the product exhibits a fault (not related to the fault identified at the time of purchase), is not fit for purpose or is incorrectly described, it may be returned in accordance with the consumer guarantees.

Postage and Handling Policy:

We strive to process and ship all orders no later than 1-2 business days. There may be the occasional delay as some products are manually assembled & packaged. Orders are posted Monday to Friday, 8am-12pm.
Orders less than $50 may be sent by normal post. Orders over $50 will be sent using a registered postal carrier service. Orders may require proof of identity and may also require a signature upon delivery.
Orders will be posted within 1-5 business days (usually 1-2 days!), large orders may take up to 7 business days. Please note that delivery times start after the order has been processed and posted, and we cannot control possible delays that may be experienced on the mail carrier's end. We cannot guarantee that estimated delivery times will be met by the postal carrier. We work hard to deliver within the mentioned period, however, sometimes due to third party delivery services some customers may experience delays. Delivery tracking is advised.
We post to valid addresses only. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address is provided upon purchase. Failure to provide correct delivery address will result in additional delivery fees should we need to re-post.
The rate for packages posted shall be pre-determined at the point of sale. In most cases the postage is free when purchasing through our website within Australia while unassisted or buying autonomously. However, for over-the-phone orders, unless otherwise specified by an agent or in writing, at the time your order is placed, you will be charged for your product and shipping separately. Postage related charges may not be charged at that time. As we receive the posting charges due for your order (which may take several days) we will charge your credit card for those fees separately. This may result in multiple charges to your credit card. You will not see the shipping cost during checkout.

Covid:

We’ve implemented social distancing measures, cleaning standards, personal hygiene guidelines and introduced health and safety protocols in our facilities to ensure that parcels are handled safely and that human contact is minimised.

Australian Store:

All products and prices within this website and store are sold in Australian dollars and we post to Australian addresses.

Marketing:

We perform both consumer marketing to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji; and large-scale order marketing for other countries. Our marketing channels may sometimes be mixed up, if you’ve stumbled upon our store as a consumer and you’re not from Australia, New Zealand or Fiji then this may be a mistake as we advertise through many online channels and sometimes the vendor’s algorithm puts our ad in the wrong spaces as we have multiple channels and different target markets. We admit no liability for any such inconvenience and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages.

International Shipping:

International shipping is readily offered to New Zealand and Fiji. However, Fiji and New Zealand prices will differ. Customers are required to email john@dreamspot.shop for quotations and orders.
Due to taxes and duties it is usually unfeasible to ship small orders to other countries except for New Zealand and Fiji, shipping becomes more feasible with pallet or container orders. To find out about shipping to your country please email john@dreamspot.shop
